Manager In Training (MIT)

Job Summary: 

The goal of the MIT opportunity is to prepare the individual for a future management position. During this time the  MIT will go through an 18-month plan that will train them in all areas of the company; Technical, Sales, and  Customer Service. The MIT will work in all three branch locations based on their assigned training plan. Professional and personal development is a There will be a 30/90/120-day review as well as weekly one-on-one  meetings during this 18-month program.  

Supervisory Responsibilities: No 

Work Locations: Will work in all these branch locations- Lexington, Nashville, Memphis, and Cincinnati

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Prepare to be proficient in each trained department of the company. (Technical, DNP, Sales, & Admin) Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. 
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. 
• Valid driver’s license
